Gatwick Airport is around thirty miles south of London.

Non-stop Gatwick Express trains run between the airport's South Terminal and London's Victoria station, taking thirty minutes and costing around £15 single, £27 return. Trains run from 6am until 12.35am, and depart every fifteen minutes.

A cheaper option is to take a Southern train service to Victoria, which costs £9 single, departs every fifteen minutes or so, and takes around forty minutes.

Thameslink runs trains to numerous stations within London, including London Bridge and King's Cross (useful for those heading for north London). Services run roughly every fifteen to thirty minutes; tickets cost around £10 single and the journey takes thirty minutes to London Bridge.
